Holodomor → Shoah → Nakba

Among the many realities emphasized by Russia's ongoing brutal and bloody invasion of Ukraine is the stark difference between how governments and media in Europe and North America react to Europeans defending a country they have called home for centuries versus Palestinians defending the land they have lived on for millennia.

I examine the discrepancies from the perspective of an anti-Zionist Jew (who understands -- having personally experienced the latter -- that Anti-Zionism ≠ Anti-Semitism) with grandparents from both Ukraine and Palestine.
